Finance

We provide farmers who meet our standards of agronomic practices, with improved varieties of disease resistant and high yielding seeds, modern irrigation infrastructure, eco-friendly pesticides and fertilizers, insurance cover against crop failure and natural disasters, and standard operational over heads. We compel partner-farms to cultivate crops with divergent yield times, produce size and market price volatility, diversifying risk and ensuring profitability.

Remit

At the expiration of each farming cycle, and depending on the particular investment package, your dividend is automatically credited into your online account on our platform. You have the option to withdraw immediately and should expect an actual transfer of funds within a few hours.

Investment Packages

We currently have two investment packages carefully tailored to suit almost every budget.

STANDARD INVESTMENT

Starting from as low as NGN 5000, the Standard Investment package affords middle and low income earners the opportunity to fund farms by pooling their funds together. The package offers 12% ROI every 90 days (3 months), which serves as a better alternative to regular saving . The maximum amount allowed for this package is NGN 500,000. Investors can put in regularly invest small amounts and watch their funds grow over time.

JOINT VENTURE

The Joint Venture investment package allows investors have partnerships with our partner farms through Farmsby. It is best for those who seek to make substantial investments and reap same as dividend. This package offers investors an impressive 75% ROI per annum. Starting at NGN 500,000, the Joint Venture package offers investors frequent reports on the farms and crops that are being cultivated with their funds. This includes monthly newsletters and picture reports of farm progress and crop development.
